of banking career serving women
Aline Ndayishimiye
Born in 1974 in Bwiza ยท Bujumbura
From an orphan raised by her grandparents to the founder of a transformation movement. A life woven from adversity, education and engagement.

A path forged by adversity.
Born in 1974 in Bwiza into a modest home, Aline Ndayishimiye faced adversity early on. Orphaned, she was raised by her grandparents in an overcrowded environment where resources were scarce. Those trials forged her resilience and her sensitivity to social vulnerability.
Married to Justin Mazimpaka and mother of six children โ three biological and three non-biological โ she transcended her past through education, earning a Bachelor's in Arts and Sciences specialising in counselling and community development.
Her 21-year banking career gave her ground-level expertise in economic challenges, while her academic path sharpened her understanding of human dynamics. From the confluence of those experiences โ childhood pain, financial challenges, community engagement โ her vision Femme d'Impact+ was born.
Today, Aline embodies the power of resilience, combining banking pragmatism with compassion to inspire a generation to break the cycles of precariousness.
